Our top priority is to treat each patient as an individual. We want to get to know you personally, not just as a chart number. We thoroughly discuss and explain all treatment procedures so you will be completely informed and educated about your dental health. All treatment options will be discussed with you before any treatment is completed, because we believe great dental care starts with trust, comfort, and genuine connection.
The Doctors
Dr. Stanley Sirotinski
Dr. Stanley Sirotinski graduated with his Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene from Marquette University and received his DDS from Marquette University School of Dentistry. He has been practicing dentistry since 2005. He strives to provide every patient with the highest quality dental care and to help patients improve their oral health and self-esteem.
Dr. Sirotinski likes to spend time with his wife Andrea and their two kids, Ava and Max. He also enjoys traveling, playing sports, and attending football and basketball games during his free time.
Dr. Samantha Ringwolski
Dr. Samantha Ringwolski graduated from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2018 and previously attended UW-Milwaukee, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association and Greater Milwaukee Dental Association. She has worked in the dental field for over 17 years and remained in the Greenfield area where she grew up. In 2022, she became a partner of Greenfield Smiles, SC. Dr. Sam prides herself on treating patients with compassion and honesty and loves to create lasting relationships with patients and their families. She will take the time to make sure you understand any treatment she recommends, as well as help you explore all the options available to you.
When not at the office, she spends her time with her husband Brandon and daughters Madeline and Rosalie. They enjoy the outdoors at their northern Wisconsin cabin, off-roading, fishing, or boating. Dr. Sam was a Special Olympics coach for almost 10 years, is a former Lions Club member, and loves to keep busy with DIY crafts or projects around the house.
Dr. Meghan Ryan
Dr. Meghan Ryan graduated from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2024, after earning her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences in 2019. For Dr. Meghan, dentistry is all about connection — building trust, easing nerves, and helping patients leave the office feeling their best. She enjoys getting to know each patient and creating a welcoming space where every patient feels listened to and cared for.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Meghan loves spending time with her family and friends, diving into a good book, and getting creative with arts and crafts. She also loves being outdoors, whether skiing, golfing, or discovering new parks with her dog and fiancé, Cooper.
Our Hygienist Team
Our hygienists are the heart of your preventative care experience. They take pride in creating a calm, comfortable environment where even the most anxious patients feel at ease. With gentle hands and warm personalities, they'll walk you through every step of your cleaning, answer all your questions, and help you build healthy habits that last a lifetime. You'll leave each appointment feeling refreshed, informed, and genuinely cared for.
Erica
Erica has been with Greenfield Smiles for almost 10 years and has been a dental hygienist for 17 years. She prides herself on being thorough and gentle, making sure to explain any findings or recommendations from your dental appointment. When not at work, she spends her time at sporting events or camping with her husband, three kids, and dog Luke.
Kim
Kim has been our dental hygienist for 2 years, returning after working as one of our treatment coordinators. She will greet you with a smile and make you feel at ease. Your overall health is her top priority. Kim enjoys going Up North with her fiancé in her spare time.
Rachel
Rachel has been helping our patients keep their smiles clean and healthy for 4 of her 6 years as a hygienist. She cares deeply about the health of her patients and will provide an individualized approach or product recommendations to fit your needs. Rachel and her husband stay busy attending school activities for their son and two daughters.
Our Dental Assistants
Our dental assistants work hand-in-hand with our doctors to ensure your visit runs smoothly from start to finish. They're skilled, attentive, and always ready with a reassuring presence to help you feel comfortable throughout your treatment. You'll appreciate their compassionate care and the way they anticipate your needs every step of the way.
Our Front Desk Team
From the moment you walk through our doors, our front desk team is here to make your experience seamless and welcoming. They'll greet you with a smile, help you navigate insurance and scheduling, and ensure every detail of your visit goes smoothly. Whether you're a first-time patient or a longtime member of our dental family, they're dedicated to making you feel right at home.
Our Office Manager
Our office manager, Kari, has been with us for 18 years. Her knowledge of multiple aspects of the dental office gives her a unique skill set and makes her the perfect backbone of our office. She is the go-to for our staff and patients alike, always finding a solution to the problem that suits everyone’s needs. She is always willing to help you understand your treatment, finances, insurance, or work through options to help you accomplish your goals. Kari enjoys getting to know our patients on a more personal level and loves to share recipes, hear your vacation plans, or updates on your friends and family. Kari and her husband have 3 children and 5 granddaughters.
